3 THINGS I DON’T WANT TO HEAR IN A SERMON

I don’t like sharing negative media, but I heard, read and saw some things this week that are completely against my belief, knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ and the Word God delivered to us, His people, through Jesus….

A grown man cried in my arms tonight.

From my own experience, it’s when I try my hardest to be strong – exhibiting my idea of strength, anyway – that I am the most brittle. In my brittleness, I easily break. However, as I learned again that evening, it is in my gentleness that others see power and strength in me.

Jesus is the Son of God.

The last thing I wanted to do was have a debate about Jesus on Christmas. I’m not a Jesus scholar. I’m a Jesus believer. And as a believer, there are some things that I accept simply because they are, not because I can make sense of it. **Click link to read full post.**
