We are living in two realities. We have to engage in the “now” and the “not yet.” Your life is like starlight: You may be burned out, but your light is still shining.

Prayer for vindication and salvation while feeling hopeless and rejected. “Vindicate me, O God, and defend my cause against an ungodly people; from those who are deceitful and unjust deliver me!”

Lord, battle with those who battle with me. Fight against those who fight against me. Pick up the shield and armor. Rise up and help me. Lift up your spears, both large and small, against those who chase me. Tell me, “I will save you.”
