Take a break to praise your Creator. Stomp it out. Scream it out. Shake it out. Release the tensions and frustrations binding you in this climate of intentional terror. For those of us who are awake belong to the day. We are to “put on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.”
