The welcome at the Printer’s Row Lit Fest in Chicago was extremely warm and engaging.
I made quite a few programming contacts and made my festival fees back in sales which is my main goal with events.
Additionally, two days before the Lit Fest, I received my first sale through my online store. My store gets very little traffic as I usually direct people to Amazon.com. So it was a joy to package an order for four of my titles. I gifted her with a fifth title for making my day. 🤗
Today, I got two emails that I will probably be thinking about for a while. It’s one thing to put your heart into your work; it’s indescribable to have people not only receive what you share but to reflect it back to you with elements of themselves included.
