From Blog to Book
Since my first independent publication [Clichés: A Life in Verse], I’ve been mining my blog for manuscripts. Long-term blog subscribers can most likely predict future projects better than I can at this point. 🫠
My upcoming release, ALONE | All In One: A Solitary Journey (Harvest Books, 2024), has twenty-five poems dating back to 2017 that were posted on my bllog as they were written. A few have been included in other projects (Desert of Solitude and I AM WOMAN) in the interim.
ALONE | ALL In One: A Solitary Journey is very much autobiographical and firmly rooted in the churning uncertainties and life pivots of my forties. It’s a great companion read to Desert of Solitude: Refreshed by Grace (Harvest Books, 2018).
