Unconditional is a lovely story about a woman’s recovery from hopelessness, a young girl finding her voice after trauma took it from her and a community of children claiming a man as their Papa Joe. It’s also a story of a man who remained a friend and a warrior for those under his care.
If you’re looking for a movie with a good story and message, you’ll enjoy Unconditional.
Two of my favorite quotes from the film are today’s lesson:
Bring hope and change into the life of a child. ~ Papa Joe
No storm can take the sun away. The sun is always shining. You just have to take a walk on the clouds. ~ Sam

I became a follower of God just about a year ago, and watching this movie was such a great illustration of Gods unconditional love. I have fallen in love with this movie and have been spreading the word about it! This movie has inspired me to continue to share the word of God and Although it may be nerve racking, I am going to show this movie to some of my non-believer friends as well, this movie is awesome, thank you for making this movie that is sure to reach to all!
Hi, Victoria, may God grace you with patience, endurance, wisdom and all that you need for your walk with Him.
If you enjoyed Unconditional, I recommend “Fireproof” (http://www.fireproofthemovie.com/) with Kirk Cameron. It starts off a bit slow, but if you stay with it, you’ll be rewarded with a great story and message. My absolute fav movie in this genre is “Courageous” made by the same makers of Fireproof. I wrote about “Courageous” on my other blog (http://spiritharvestblog.com/?s=courageous); you’d enjoy that one as well.
Blessings to you,
LaShawnda
